Aha! We can hear right now the cynics poining out that we have unwittingly tagged these items as "i"Christmas goods instead of Holiday goods! Well, no slip up here. They're definately 'Christmas' no matter what the politically correct world would like to hear. What other 'holiday' includes stockings for toys and a diminutive Jedi master in a Santa Claus suit????
Unlike previous years, the Vader head is now sculpted from hollow plastic instead of a solid resin, decreasing its weight greatly. Yoda's head is now based upon the Clone Wars era instead of the original trilogy. For both Darth vader and Yoda the stocking design has been updated for 2008.
The fabriche Yoda for 2008 appears to be the same as it has been since 2005, only enclosed in a new Clone Wars style packaging for this year. There is no evidence of any of the other previously made Fabrice pieces from previous years being made available.
The lack of these pieces on eBay confirms that they are not in wide market distribution. So far Toys R Us is the only location they've been spotted.
