Brand New... and on Clearance??

Walmart Thinks Star Wars is Old News Star Wars Earlybird Mailer Kits are hitting the Clearance aisles at Walmart, but keep your eyes open... some overly eager store managers are mistakenly moving newer product out the door at great low prices, too! |
This "Jumbo Alarm Clock", featuring a 12" clock face and two 3-inch bells, has a Walmart sticker of $11.96. A great price for this large and functional piece. Yesterday they were spotted in the Clearance aisles for a flat $5!
To the uninformed manager, Star Wars is "2005 merchandise" to be moved out the door for 'new merchandise'. Watch for new products in the discount areas of the stores. My guess is that newest merchandise isn't on the current planner, so it's believed to be old. Until the managers can figure out what is new and what is not, great bargains can be found!
