    Collecting Diary 2003-10-22

    Happy Variation Day!

Everything I got today is a variation of something I already have. Pretty nifty, huh!

First we have Mr. Skywalker. The first run of these figures had the glove on the LEFT hand. (Surely you'd think Hasbro would remember by now which of his hands Luke lost. How in the world can QC continue to make this initial goof-up on the figures??) This figure is the 'new' corrected one.

Buena Vista Records put together this 3-pack of read-along stories on audio cassette in 1984. I already had the individuals, but this package with the 'trilogy' was pretty cool, so I picked it up.

...and the last two entries are from (ta-da!) Half Price Books! Return of the Jedi with SE poster art, and the Star Wars trilogy with gold highlights and a foil logo!
