    Collection Diary Entry 2003-03-11

    Collection Diary

http://www.swseller.com ... I don't recall if I mentioned James' web site in my collecting diary before. With the exception of the binder above, made by Impact!, the rest of the goods came from him today.

The ice skates from ROTJ go very well with their rollerskate counterparts in the collecting room. Skates often have rusty blades when you find them at a reasonable price. These are in MINT condition!

The silly Space Sword with 'borrowed' Star Wars graphics was cheap and easy to come by. Bootleg toys are fun to have around to make non-collectors look twice.

But the really BIG addition today is the still-sealed Bath Towel and Wash Mitt set by Bibb Company! Sealed bed and bath items are few and far between. (Can you imagine your Mom buying towels and bedding and then not opening them for 20 years?) Somebody took good care of this set, and I plan to continue their tradition.
